Product details
Tosilon Volumetric Type Electromagnetic Flow Transmitter for Liquid (Ex Approved)
Design and Manufacturing according to CE Standard

Introduction
TFE-Electromagnetic Flowmeter was developed based on principle of electromagnetic induction, i. E., when conductive liquid flows into measuring tube, the corresponding induction voltage signal, inspected from two electrodes installed on the tube, will be transmitted in transmitter and finally output digital signal.
TFE Electromagnetic Flowmeter is applied to measure the volumetric flow of conductive liquids and slurry in enclosed pipes, such as tap water, polluted water, mud, pulp, various acid/alkali/salt solutions, food slurry, etc. It has a wide range of applicant ambient, including oil interests, chemical industry, power plant, mining and metallurgic plant, water supply and sewerage works, light industry, food products factory, and so on.

Frequency
Frequency output: Forward and reversing flow output, the upper limit of output frequency can be set in the range of 1...5000 Hz. The collector of transistor with optoelectronic isolator: Open circuit two-way output. The external supply should no more than 35 V. In conducting state, the maximum current of collector should be 250mA.

Pulse Output

Pulse Output
Forward/reversing flow output, the output upper limit can reach 5000 cp/s.

Pulse equivalence:
0.0001...1.0 m3/cp. Pulse is automatically set 20ms or square wave.
The collector of transistor with optoelectronic isolator
Open circuit two-way output. The external supply should no more than 35 V. In conducting state, the maximum current of collector should be 250mA.

Indication Output of Flow Direction
This flowmeter can measure flow of forward/reversing fluid and judge the flowing direction. It specifies that it will output +10V high level in forward direction while 0V low level in reversing direction.

Alarm Output
The collector of transistor with optoelectronic isolator: Open circuit alarm output. The external supply should no more than 35 V. In conducting state, the maximum current of collector should be 250mA. Alarm situations: Empty pipe, exciting wire-break, flow over limit.

Serial Telecommunication
Options of RS 232 and RS 485 with lighting-resistant function;

Damping Time
Option of range in 0...100s (90%)
